SME Management is how SCAN engages directly with Cambodia's factories and industrial operators. Our team works alongside industry partners to assess their operations and advise on efficiency improvements, safety management systems, HR protocols, and the process upgrades needed to meet international standards.
That relationship creates something more than consultation. The same factories we work with become the on-the-job training ground for SME Resource Center graduates, placing our trainees as apprentices directly inside real industrial operations. Industry gets a more capable, better-managed workforce. Trainees get the hands-on experience that no classroom can replace.

SME Manufacturing Cluster is where the full training journey completes. Workers who have built their skills through classroom training and hands-on industry experience come here to sit their certification, validated against ASME, AWS, API, NEBOSH, and ISO standards.
For the worker, it is formal recognition of what they have already proven in practice. For the industry, it is access to a certified workforce that meets the standards international manufacturers require — built, trained, and certified right here in Cambodia.
A certified workforce needs somewhere to work that meets the standards they were trained to. Without the facility, the training pipeline has nowhere to land.
At 500 sqm in Phase 1 and scaling to 2,000 sqm, it is designed for provincial replication across Cambodia — where certified graduates go to work, where EU manufacturers go to operate, and where the standards the world demands get met on Cambodian soil. Made in Cambodia. Built to international standard.
